Jennie "JP" Phipps Obituary

Bedford- Jennie “JP” Renee Phipps, formerly of Warren beloved daughter, sister, and cherished friend, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 17 on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Born on December 14, 2006, in Warren, Ohio, Jennie was the vibrant and loving daughter of William Phipps and Megan (Hartford) Wilson. Her infectious smile and kind-hearted spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Jennie was a talented student at Bedford High School.  Her creativity was most evident in her love for Cosplay, where she brought characters to life with her detailed and imaginative costumes. Known for her artistic abilities, Jennie's artwork was a source of joy and inspiration. She also had a gift for weaving tales, and her short stories captivated the hearts and minds of her readers.

Dedicated to serving her community, Jennie was a proud Junior Soldier for the Salvation Army's Warren office. Her commitment to helping others was a testament to her generous nature. Jennie's aspirations included pursuing a career in cosmetology, a field where she could combine her artistic flair with her desire to bring happiness to others.

JP’s outgoing personality and free spirit were her hallmarks and a hugger. She approached life with an open heart, always ready to lend a helping hand. Her love for the Harry Potter series was more than a hobby—it was a reflection of her belief in the power of friendship, loyalty, and magic in everyday life. In the kitchen, Jennie was a natural, her culinary skills allowing her to master any recipe with ease.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving parents, Megan Wilson of Bedford and William Phipps III of Warren. Jennie's siblings, Lexi Phipps of Bedford, Vinay Phipps of Lorain, and Triston Stratton of Nauvoo, Alabama, will miss her deeply. Her grandparents, along with two uncles and four aunts, also survive her, each of whom will hold dear the memories of Jennie's warmth and laughter.

Jennie was preceded in death by a grandfather and two uncles, who have now welcomed her into eternal peace.
